The director of the firm (Piyush Sharma) has been practicing Law for over 20 years. He has gained reputation in the legal industry for his work, contributions, charity and some of his well-known cases. He was appointed the title of Honorary Consul to the Republic of Indonesia in Botswana, by the President.

He was admitted to practise in 1998 having qualified with a Bachelors of Laws Degree from the University of Botswana. Mr Sharma advanced his qualifications by obtaining a Certificate in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University, United Kingdom.

Lame is admitted as an attorney in Botswana, She holds a LLB from the University of Botswana where she graduated.
Munashe Maramba graduated from the University of Botswana as one of the top in class with a Degree of Bachelor of Laws. An enthusiastic Lawyer with a keen interest in the Law, he is a brilliant researcher and drafting is his speciality.
Attorney Dr Bernard Tubego-Bulawayo is an Attorney of the Courts of Botswana, with special interest in Intellectual Property Law (Patents, Industrial Designs, Trademarks and copyright). He has served in the Research, Science, Technology and Innovation space in Botswana at various stations in different capacities including executive leadership for more than twenty years.
Tshepo Totolo is an LLB graduate from the University of Botswana. He has served as an intern for Collins Newman and Co and Desai Law Group. He has was a top debator in the Pan African Debate Championships and the South African Debate Championships.
