Munashe Maramba graduated from the University of Botswana as one of the top in class with a Degree of Bachelor of Laws. An enthusiastic Lawyer with a keen interest in the Law, he is a brilliant researcher and drafting is his speciality.

He continues to be an asset to the Firm and provides invaluable support in the collection department.
Munashe is also experienced in corporate commercial law. He provided legal services in drafting and vetting/reviewing of commercial agreements/contracts; transformation of Online Business Registration System (OBRS), and has knowledge in company and business formation. He is experienced in provision of legal advice in day-to-day legal problems of companies and businesses including compliance issues. In addition to advising on all aspects of company law, he is also knowledgeable in corporate governance and general business law. Munashe handles a lot of the Estate work at the Firm and ensures that the process is smooth and without inordinate delays.
