Tshepo Totolo is an LLB graduate from the University of Botswana. He has served as an intern for Collins Newman and Co and Desai Law Group. He has was a top debator in the Pan African Debate Championships and the South African Debate Championships.

He specializes in high end corporate and structured finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking, financial services, telecommunications, private equity, regulatory work, conveyancing and litigation.
Tshepo has participated in many ground-breaking corporate transactions in Botswana and represents many blue chip companies.
